- By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

- You may only create an account when signing up for a paid membership package.
- Membership options include:
- Monthly Membership – €79/month, cancel anytime.
- 6-Month Membership – €399/6 months (15% discount), cancel anytime.
- 12-Month Membership – €759/year (20% discount), cancel anytime.

- Live webinars with experts
- Group Zoom sessions
- Personalized coaching (depending on package)
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
Intellectual Property
All content provided on the Family By Choice platform, including but not limited to downloadable PDFs, Intended Parent Guides, course materials, videos, written lessons, graphics, and other resources (“Content”), is and shall remain the exclusive property of Family By Choice.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Content strictly for your own educational purposes.
You are expressly forbidden from:
- Copying, downloading (outside of permitted access), reproducing, distributing, sharing, or reselling the Content, in whole or in part.

- You may cancel your membership at any time, and no further payments will be taken after the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: We provide refunds in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. There is no free trial and no guaranteed money-back policy beyond your statutory rights.
