About Stephanie M. Caballero

Stephanie M. Caballero, Esq. is the founder of The Surrogacy Law Center, APC, a nationally recognized firm dedicated exclusively to Family Formation and Reproductive Law. She and her team have represented thousands of clients worldwide in complex assisted reproduction arrangements, supporting intended parents, surrogates, and donors across evolving legal frameworks.

 

Stephanie is also the founder of Repro Law Roundup, a widely followed legal commentary platform focused on developments in reproductive law, and IVF Parent, a resource designed to empower families navigating fertility treatment and assisted reproduction.

 

Her professional commitment is deeply personal. After eight years of infertility treatment, including multiple artificial inseminations, surgeries, miscarriages, and thirteen IVF cycles – she became a mother when a surrogate carried her twins. She later adopted her own children due to state-level legal recognition issues, an experience that continues to shape her advocacy and legal work.
